We all know that schools worldwide have had to adapt, and fast! When shutdown came for schools in the Dominican Republic in March 2020 many wondered how they were going to be able to continue without the assurance of technological availability for students, among other concerns. But we praise the Lord because at CCS, every student from 1st grade to 12th grade has their own school-provided iPad. This enabled us to quickly build a platform to continue delivering instruction and, even more important, growth!

At the end of last school year in June, we were so happy to see that the vast majority of our students performed at or above their grade level in their MAP Growth Tests, which shows that Distance Learning didn’t stop their learning!
